My name is Polly Peterson and I am proud to be a personal chef. It is a joy for me to prepare and package healthy wholesome food for individuals, couples and families and to cater special events.
Here are some of the things I'd like you to know about me:

* I was born and raised in Ballard, Washington.

* I have always loved to cook and entertain.

* I started working as a personal chef and caterer in 2000.

* I graduated from the Seattle Art Institute Culinary Arts Program in 2001.

* I am an avid cyclist. In 2005, I did the Tri-Island Trek, a 135 mile, 3-day bike ride.

* This year, I am preparing for a cycle trip from Seattle to San Francisco. This will be a fundraiser for the American Lung Association.
